If you purchase from or use VW Chapman service department be warned! I have a 2014 VW Passat TDI. It is a diesel vehicle that was part of the dieselgate scandal. Long story short turbo failed this past December. Under Extended Emissions Warranty it was covered and replaced at no charge to me. Shortly after the repair I replaced the timing belt components. Mr Hungerford was very outgoing and worked with me on what vehicle would best fit my needs. He explained all the optional packages in complete detail. When I came in to pick up my Tiguan, he showed me how to connect my cell phone to the onboard bluetooth devices.

My car had significant electrical damage from rats chewing on wires, which unfortunately for me in the waiting room took quite a few hours to diagnose. However, once diagnosed, the fix was clear (and expensive). Turned out my insurance would cover it but all Chapman insurance claims have to go through Chapman Collision, at a separate facility and location. Things got complicated when it became clear Collision couldn't do the electrical work. Travis saved me my sanity! I came into Chapman Honda for a diagnostic on my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid that turned out to be a death sentence for the car. I received a recall letter regarding my 2013 Jetta hybrid. When I took it in for review we learned that some parts would need to be ordered. Scott, my advisor, arranged for a loaner vehicle. The work was completed in a very reasonable time and I exchanged vehicles once again. They have been very efficient as has been my regular experience with Chapman's VW service.

Facility is clean and pleasant with lots of reading material while I waited for service to be completed in my car. I brought my car in to have the battery replaced and oil/tire maintenance service without an appointment. I had to wait about 2 hours for the work to be performed but Wendy was very attentive and also informed me of other work that needed to be performed in my car and that we could reschedule for a future visit so that the necessary parts could be ordered in advance. Wendy is always very pleasant and friendly.
Ms. Mia Chavez, the service writer, has greeted me with a smile and a joyful manner every time that I have seen her at Chapman. She calls when the car is ready. I really enjoy visiting Chapman because of employees such as Mia.

I was in and out for my second year service. I had some popcorn, coffee, and watched some television while I waited. Time flew by! I opted out of the complementary shuttle service, but next time I will definitely take advantage of that. I was met on the service drive about the same time my appointment was and the time estimate was almost spot on! I will always recommend Chapman.

Was sold an all wheel drive vehicle with one tire new/different from others, in a month and a half causing problems and got minimal help on fixing my problem. Subaru needs 4 of the same tread tires and this dealership didn’t have the resources to know this, then making me purchase a full new set of tires with offering me one tire purchase.. that doesn’t solve my problem. I called on the morning of my service appointment to have my tire fixed and made an appointment with Wendy for 1 pm. At 2;30 I went to the office to see if my vehicle was ready. We have bought 2 VWs from Chapman and have been hit several times in our Eos. Each time the repairs have been done at Chapman collision. We've had one problem after another with repairs not done completely or correctly. There isn't enough room here nor do I have the patience to go into it, but suffice it to say, the last time was a several days long battle and finally the defective part, that Chapman installed, was replaced. I recently purchase vehicle from chapman and initially was very pleased with the service. When it was time to submit the paperwork for my license plate and registration problems started to arise. I submitted the a tax exempt from since I am in the military. First the salesperson sat on the form for a month until I called inquiring where my plates were.
